I’m so glad I reached out to Maine Yankee! Not only did Yancey do a stellar job in re-lining my chimney and sealing the bricks against moisture, but he also saved me $6,200! He’s clearly an expert, responded quickly, was quick to assess the need, and worked fast.
I feel really good about recommending him. It’s always reassuring when you can speak to the expert directly.
Another local company with a big overhead gave me an estimate for more than double even as I could only speak to office managers about my questions.

Called Yancy and he traveled over 90 minutes to get to us. Inspected the issue with our chimney, sealed it and also Inspected two additional chimneys as well. Honest and reliable. We run an antique Inn that is three stories high. No more worries or leaks. Thank you, Yancy for your professionalism. We have finally resolved the chimney issue at hand. Highly recommend.
