Great gym. 24 hr access if your a member. Iv never had the smoothly bar but it's a great addition a bonus for people. Maine lacks good gyms and this one definitely sticks out from the rest. They also always seem to he adding more space. I used to go when it was a quarter of the size. Now they have a large down stairs and upstairs area. They also offer massages. Definitely recommend anyone check it out. Prices are also affordable

Reasonable, clean and accomodating! This gym lets you pay daily if visiting the area, which is a huge bonus for us travelers. Clean gym, great equipment, and showers available. They also have a custom smoothie bar!

Guest review 6/25/21 Guest day pass 10$ Overall- decent neighborhood gym in pretty good shape. Would give a 4.5, but bumped up due to price and cleanliness. Pros -free WiFi -has a little bit of everything -good price/value -equipment is constantly being cleaned/wiped down by staff -full set of dumbbells and benches Cons -equipment is very old -Lacks some equipment for complete workout Summary.
