I cannot speak highly enough of Chris Colson. He handled an emergency that we had with such a great attitude! He came back and double checked everything a few times to make sure that everything was running properly. He is such a nice man and doesn’t make a big deal about anything. I would recommend him very highly.

This is the guy you want on your side. Makes every effort to personally respond, even to new customers -- and during heating season in Maine, that is like gold. He's down to earth, capable, kind and helpful. He does good work with courtesy, follow through, and charges a lot less than the big companies -- who often can't flex to fix your furnace when it goes out unless you're on their service plan already (which is understandable but still no consolation when your pipes are freezing and your kid is shivering). He probably doesn't need your business, but if you're looking for a heating maintenance and repair vendor, this is who you want! He'll do right by you.

Very helpful but too busy to do job. However he answered his phone and tried to assist. 5 big stars for around here. Usually a recorder and rarely a returned called elsewhere. I will try again
