Our dogs were groomed here on Friday 10/13/23 for the first time. The online booking process was easy and efficient. Lucy our female dog is quite the diva, she does not like her paws/face touched. The polite groomer called me during the end of her appointment to let me know respectfully she felt Lucy was too stressed to finish her grooming. I respect the honesty and appreciate the groomer taking action and not pushing Lucy to finish knowing she was stressed out. Lucy's haircut looked amazing - you couldn't tell they were unable to finish. Our male dog Tripp is a wiggle worm. Great service but indeed the prices are higher then I expect. Being in a small town I would appreciate better information thru the groomers, instead looking online for all their extras.

We brought our dog here for the first time this morning, and we’re not disappointed! She had her nails and hair trimmed and they did such a wonderful job! She’s also usually skittish around new people, but she warmed right up and wasn’t anxious or anything! Definitely recommend the spa! We will 100% be bringing her back here!
