Long-overdue review edit coming soon. TL;DR summary for now: 5 stars all the way - I had an initial scheduling issue and it collided with a temporary staffing issue they had and Dr. K went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Great business. Very professional staff. I’ve had my eyes checked here; was a good experience (a longish wait time, though).They always fix my glasses for free even though I didn’t buy them there.
I stopped by harbor view eyecare because a screw had fallen out of my glasses. They put a new screw in and didn't even charge me. I thought that was pretty cool since l didn't even get my glasses there. When l need new glasses will probably go there. Thanks Harbor View!
