They are nice enough but they do business with gravier homes who steals and screws thier buyers..loni gravier who is in close relation to these ppl is not responding to emails and not upholding his end of the contract that is signed....10 out of 10 would go and use any other group then theirs unless you want a cheaply built house that falls apart within a year of being built...and no help from thier builders they sell for.still waiting for thier partners in this arrangement to keep thier promises.
Derek was a great agent and made the homebuying process seem easy! He was available and was able to arrange showings quickly. Derek was happy to answer any questions and also provided good advice throughout the process!
