The family practice PCPs keep leaving. I’m tired of seeing a different provider at each wellness visit!!

I went in for X-rays on my ankle due to a bad fall. Was told there was no fracture. My primary care physician gave me a call just a few days later to tell me that I did indeed have a fracture. Funny thing is I didn’t get any new X-rays so the doctor at the walk in in Sanford had the same X-rays that my primary had but didn’t notice the fracture. Of course it didn’t help that he started the appointment by saying in Canada with Universal healthcare not every sprain gets X-rays. Not impressed and will not be returning.

I unexpectedly became a patient of your facility a couple of days ago while my wife and I were off for a couple days. Your staff were competent, professional and compassionate. They were so very accommodating to my wife and I through what was a frightening ordeal. Thank you for your compassionate and professional care.
