Mathias was good at calling, texting and emailing me about my service. He arrived when he said he was going to and got right to work. He even asked where to start as he knew I had to leave. My house looks fantastic!

Matthias and his crew did an excellent job washing both our garage and home’s roof. They also removed a large pile of junk for us. Fast, efficient, great price. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Smalley Property Cleaning Services is a great company with a wonderful team of workers. At every point from requesting a bid, to scheduling, to delivering the service, the team was professional, friendly and informative. They were on time, worked hard and the results are amazing. Our house, garage and roof have not looked this good in years. We are recommending them to our friends and family and will definitely set up a service again next year.
