“My daughter went here for prom she was left crying, feeling bad and bleeding from her hand when she spoke up for herself telling them what she wanted they shamed her and told her it was her fault that they didn't do it. She showed them a picture. They lied to me and said she was happy and loved them and that she should have showed a picture. They also got very rough when she stated that the shape was not what she asked for. Her nails are now painful some are thick some are thin they curve up and not two are the same shape or width“
