“I started doing the wedwave vibration plate & red-light therapy during a time when I was experiencing a high level of stress, very tight muscles, and a difficulty stretching them. The vibration plate really helped to loosen the muscles enough for me to be able to start stretching them again & the red-light felt so good! I lost a few lbs during the several weeks that I did the medwave therapy, though I gained them right back. I did however, shift in shape/lost some inches! (I didn't take any measurements... ?♀️) But I found my waist line again, & started fitting into clothing that had become too tight. And that has stayed the same!<br><br>Working with Bekkah during this time was a highlight of the day! She is genuinely concerned about her clients health & wellness. We have had numerous conversations where she has answered all my questions, to the best of her ability, & given much feedback, offering suggestions of holistic things that I can do to feel better, covering a wide range of topics.<br><br>I am glad that I had the opportunity to give this kind of therapy a try!”
