I waited a few weeks to see if the expedite service was worth doing and it was because if you are needing your unit back then I would recommend just pay for expedite service. My Lowrance HDS 12 Live had a back light issue and is brighter now than when new. The whole process is fairly easy and the customer service was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Chad to fix your units as I will in the future.

Great Company! Personable, fun to talk to, go over everything with you! I enjoyed working with Chad and his Mom! They got it, fixed it, done! What a pleasure to find someone who actually talked to you as a person and equal! I HIGHLY and VERY STONGLY recommend everyone send their problem to them! They can handle it. No BS. They'll tell you straight up if it's worth fixing or not.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your dedication to service, your craft and taking the time (YouTubevideo) to explain what you did and show me that the unit is back in order! Everyone else either wouldn't take the time and even to the point that I should trash it! I'm on a fixed income and when I found you guys in my heart you are a God send!
