Searsport Veterinary Hospital is known for its excellent medical care and caring staff. The doctors and vet techs are friendly, straightforward, and genuinely concerned about animals. Many customers highly recommend the service and trust the veterinarians. However, the reception area receives mixed reviews; while one receptionist is pleasant and helpful, another older staff member has been described as rude and rude over the phone. The clinic is not currently accepting new clients as of July 2022. Overall, the practice is appreciated for its compassionate care and skilled veterinary team.
Best vet around and we are blessed that we have them to provide care for our babies. From puppies to end of life - Dr Lahaye and Dr Simonson have been there for each of our animals whenever we have needed anything. They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The ladies in the front are always pleasant and helpful. The techs are wonderful as well.

Absolutely love this practice! They are truly the best of the best! Here you are never just a number, they truly get to know your pets and you! Dr Lahaye is a wealth of knowledge. She has been our trusted veterinarian for years, and we wouldn’t trust our pup with just anyone!
This office truly loves what they do and it shows! My pup and I are always greeted with a smile. Susan and Katie are fantastic and super helpful anytime I call. The techs go above and beyond to help our pup feel comfortable and loved during his office visits. Thank you all! Ranger says “woof” he gives you guys two paws up, and tail wag!
We have been taking our pets here for years and are still extremely happy! The vets and staff are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.
They are practical, common sense, sometimes less is more type of folks that you feel good depending on.
