I called pretty late on a Friday because one of my pet chickens (don't judge!) was unwell. I was in their lobby pretty early Monday morning. The vet was quite knowledgeable and now, a week after my call, she's feeling much better.

I was visiting from out of town and my dog accidentally ingested Tylenol. I called poison control because I knew Tylenol was poisonous for dogs. They told me they wouldn’t give me any information unless I paid them $80. This was an emergency and time was not on my dog’s side !
I called Belfast Animal Hospital and they immediately told me what to do. Give him a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide and he will vomit up the Tylenol. It worked and my dog was ok.
This hospital did not tell me to come in ( so they could bill me). No they responded to an emergency by telling me what to do to save my dog. I will be forever grateful!

Everyone was nice to my dog and myself. Answered my questions without making me feel like I was being a burden. They are a bit expensive, but that's what you get for that level of service.
