Person showed up on time, cleaned everything we wanted done and was very polite. Pristine is easy to work with and all staff are helpful and pleasant to work with. They also do a great job. Will use them again for this service. Already use their inside cleaning services and are so pleased with them we didn’t hesitate to also use the exterior service
The crew was efficient and friendly. It was a very hot day, but they just kept moving along. Pristine hires the best people. Amazing customer service and also very employee focused! Their approach is admirable.
We contracted with Pristine because of our previous positive experience with them. They again did an excellent job for us. Initially we contacted them through the Pristine web site. We were contacted within a day and were able to set a service date only two days away. The crew contacted us and kept us appraised of their progress, arriving slightly before the appointed arrival time. The two crew members, Will and Arron, were very professional and personable. They went right to work and completed the whole exterior and window cleaning job within a couple of hours. Their uniforms and equipment presented nicely.
