About Pratt Abbott

They are excellent cleaner. They work hard to please people. They have great dry cleaning, clothing repair and cleaning for clothes. The service was professional, very done quickly. They have free delivery if you can't pick up. They are knolegeable about cleaning. People highly recommend them, they are the best in the area, better than one close to Walgreens. Nice new customer experience.

The quality of the dry cleaning itself was fine, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Being new to the area, this was only my second visit—and unfortunately, the woman at the counter was quite rude. She made an unnecessary comment about my garment bag not being one of theirs, which felt a bit unwelcoming.

I also called three days after drop-off to politely ask if my items might be ready early (knowing the original ticket said six days), and was met with a condescending reply: ‘No, you should’ve dropped it off earlier if you needed it by Monday.’ I understand if items aren’t ready early, but there’s no need to make a customer feel foolish...read full review

Excellent. Although I'm a new customer they worked hard to expedite a clothing repair I needed quickly. It was done very professionally, and our dry cleaning experience has been great. Nice people

I had gone to Westbrook Pratt Abbott for 40 years... but moved to Scarborough about 4 years ago. It no longer makes sense for me to go to the Westbrook location, where I grew up.First visit, perfection! Only glitch was me... I'm terrible at picking up stuff on time!They kindly emailed me, and almost a week later, I picked it up...I'll be back!
