Dr Herzog was contracted by The Hartford, my LTD insurance company, to perform an Independent Medical Evaluation. His 1 hour physical assessment and perusal of 26 years of medical records was considered a more expert opinion than that of my primary care physician of 26 years. In many areas the information he provided to the insurance company was vague, false, and outright deceptive. On 2 seperate occasions he had to make adjustments to his initial report when pressed for clarification. He is expertly knowledgeable in multiple specialty areas and is providing me with information and guidance specific to my needs.
