Won't take any new customerEdit: As keeping people warm, cool, and comfortable is your business (and this goes to all the others who aren't taking new customers), you might consider the risk/outcome of no one taking new customers when it is Maine and winter is fast approaching. A simple "We're not taking new customers, Bye" is much more helpful than increasing your hiring efforts.... said no one ever.

Reached out to explore options for my new home and was told that they were not accepting new customers. I was totally fine with this and understand given the current environment but was surprised when I asked if they could recommend any other reputable vendors the answer was "no". Feels like a customer service 101 failure.
