1. Tore up old bathroom floor and put new one in. 2. Fixed bathroom wall and repainted the entire bathroom. 3. Removed back deck and replaced it. 4. Redid the outdated wiring for the outside lights.

We had LR Higgins do our 2nd floor bathroom remodel and are extremely happy with the entire process. From the planning, communication, implementation and the final result we could not be any happier with the quality and customer service. I was especially impressed with Dean's quick responses to text and phone. The entire team was very patient and understanding with planning and scheduling around our reactive dog.
