John, the technician is wonderful, he is very knowledgeable. He is pleasant and he knows his job. Customer Service is lousy. They don’t know their job when they’re answering the phone. They cannot answer your questions. It’s a total waste of time asking for Customer Service help.
Isaiah and his crew did an excellent job removing years of dead rodents from the insulation in our crawl space. We had no idea we had a problem until a home inspection revealed it. We were pleased with the company’s quick service and the friendly and efficient crew they sent out. Would highly recommend Erlich Pest Control.
Keith has been our service tech for several years and we love working with him. He’s knowledgeable and very thorough. He knows the problem areas and makes sure he checks them each visit. He always offers reasonable solutions to any concerns that arise.
