Excellent service and care of our furniture. Had been in storage for a year and the results were beyond what we had expected. The team was very friendly and took extra care and time to make sure we had the best results possible. Good response time to set up an appointment. We had an excellent worker who came on time and was polite. Just note that if you need a little job and are "far from Scarborough" there is a $250 minimum.

I called because my toddler spilled milk and he’d thrown up on our carpet. I tried to clean our carpet with a mini carpet cleaner but it just smelled of perfumed cleaning solution! Eastern Carpet called me back right away. The owner even called me while he was on vacatIon with family since they were going to be closed for a long weekend . Best customer service I’ve had in a long time and the job was amazing!! Carpets smelled free from perfume and the yuck ?Services: Upholstery cleaning

I messaged Eastern later one night to ask about treating a loveseat for mold and to have it generally cleaned. I was so impressed–first thing the next morning I got a message back from their extremely efficient and friendly scheduling person, Missy, getting all the details and setting up the appointment. They were able to see to it within a few days and the technician who came out, Ryan, was right on time, super friendly, clear with the process, and did an excellent job. I am generally so impressed with this business and will definitely use them in the future for all my carpet/upholstery needs. Well done and thanks!Service: Upholstery cleaning
