We started our kitchen renovation in March 2026 and we are very happy with the results. Parker was so pleasant to deal with at Cabinets To Go, he was on top through the process and was so knowledgeable about the cabinets and countertops. It’s been a pleasure to deal with Build it Bros who installed the cabinets. Ira, James, John and David are the men you want to do a professional job. Beware! Do not use Cabinets To Go or their installation service. I have a small laundry room job consisting of only three cabinets total that was started the beginning of September and has not been completed. It is now December 15. Although they have a customer support department they are ineffective in getting my situation rectified I have numerous emails back and-forth, numerous times at home waiting when no one shows up and no explanation or phone call. This is the most horrific customer service I have ever experienced, and they appear to not care about completing my project. I could not be more dissatisfied. They also made me pay the full amount of the project upfront so they have no monetary interest in completing this for me. I feel now my only recourse is to resort to small claims court to try to recover the amount they charged me for installation.
