I had a "not good" pedi- which supposedly was a "luxe" treatment. Seats were uncomfortable, no time to soak, foot towels looked like dirty dish rags - not relaxing - I was rushed out carrying my shoes bare footed with wet polish!

If you're looking to get pampered at a luxe spot, this is the place! The interior is gorgeous and the service is excellent. Highly recommend visiting!

I scheduled my wedding nails and spray tan here because they were located conveniently, but I will keep going back because of the service. Toni who did my spray tan was so friendly and thorough - she made sure to give me all the information I needed before and after to make the tan look its best. Thalie did my gel manicure and polish pedicure. She was a joy to chat with and checked in at multiple steps to ensure that I was happy with how everything looked. The final product was perfect!

Scheduling issues, they had to cancel on us 45 min prior to appointment as they didn't have staff. Rescheduled and was told one time but confirmation was different time and 2 at one time and then another person in our party 15 min. later. Sounds like a trend of scheduling issues as then they didn't even take us on time and one person in my party left after waiting 30 minutes past her scheduled time. Was not seated next to the other person in my party and then my pedicure was rushed as she had a manicure coming at 2:15. I then had to wait 40 minutes for my other party member to finish up as we rode together. The only communication from management were excuses and never any apology, but remarks implying I was lying about how long we waited. Sadly I am sorry I went there and will not return!

I booked pedicures for my 8-year-old daughter and I; our appointment was 10:15. We were there 10 minutes early. A regular came in and needed her nails painted before a wedding tomorrow, and we were asked to wait and "Soak" while they "quickly" painted her nails. We waited almost 45 minutes until they started my daughter's pedicure. We had one person assigned to a mini and traditional Pedi appointment. If you are booking an appointment for a child and adult, it is assumed that you are getting the service together, experiencing it together, and not having the child wait through an adult's full pedicure. Because of the long wait, we did not have time to get to my pedicure. When I explained that we no longer had time for my pedicure - we would have been in the salon two hours, and they had another appointment at 11:30 - the response was "what a bummer - you caught us on a busy Friday". I submitted my card payment online when I booked the appointment, the woman told me "I am not sure, but hopefully one business day and you will see the money refunded. You can call the salon if you have any problems." The service was atrocious. We will not be returning.

Girls were nice but got the signature pedicure w/ shellac…they insist dazzle dry is better so upgraded to that but didn’t even receive the massage with the signature..she rubbed lotion on my shins…was just expecting to be more upscale from pictures online and cleaner…I wouldn't pay for this experience again.
