The whole process with AT was super smooth, quick, and painless. Booking was timely, and Patrick K. was great. He quickly assessed three separate issues and performed same day service, and clearly explained everything he was doing and billing.
Would happily work with them again!
I called A plumbing due to a leaky kitchen sink. Within an hour I got a call back from Jill. She was courteous, efficient and professional. I was offer an appointment for that afternoon or the next morning. How refreshing that a plumbing service recognizes the immediate needs of their customer. The next morning Patrick arrived on time. He was professional, thorough, and pleasant. After fixing the leak he also installed the new faucet that I was going to replace, saving me the trouble even though it was not part of the original service request. I can’t say enough good things about Andrew’s business and staff. Well done! You won’t be disappointed.
Andrew is a very pleasant, experienced professional who repaired my leaking faucet and its defective parts in a timely manner. I definitely recommend AT Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs.
