When I came in today, the owner Jack he helped me with my subwoofers. Some other person tried to do then and he did a terrible job, but then whipped it right up. i’m so thankful for him and now I can listen to my music and jam!
Car dealership said my backup camera was covered 100% under warranty. Long story short, after 3 weeks of the dealership “investigating my claim” (even though multiple receipts saying it was covered) they denied it and because it was their mess up they offered me $100 off on a $600+ to replace my camera.. NOPE. Called Sanford Sound, explained the situation, all the people I spoke with were fantastic, excellent communication, they found the EXACT back up camera my car had, replaced it and for way less.

These guys are super helpful. I’ve gone there probably 100 times for information, help, and equipment and every time they’ve been great. I would 100% recommend to anyone with audio needs.
