I went to the to purchase a gift certificate. After the therapist canceled now two times. I'm unsure what to do with the gift certificate. When the massage therapist is offering to provide other numbers of therapist it leaves me questioning. Who would reimburse the gift certificate for no services? Thank you for correcting the issue!
