I could not be more pleased. Great communication, great service, knowledgeable staff and a suoer easy to use website. After 16 years with another supplier we were brushed off when we asked for a hard copy of costs for an oil tank replacement and so I started scoping out a new supplier deciding the former one did not care that we had spent nearly 16,000.00 dollars. Rinaldi has made set up easy, with quick receipts, email communication, and quick call backs. There are discount incentives and they even sent me a thank you card after becoming customers. Very happy!

They installed a new boiler on one of our rental properties. They did a fantastic job! The process was very easy. Their recommendation was spot on, we were scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, and the price was fair (not too low and not too high). Their technicians did the install seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. They were extremely respectful and communicated well with us and our tenants.
