I was amazed at how Beth was able to help me make sense of the fragments I've had in my memory. I completely trusted her to work with me on a very deep seeded issue. She created a safe space in which I felt it was okay to work through whatever came up. There was no rush, no pressure, nothing but me, Beth, and my ‘stuff'.' She was very clear in her approach with instructions, deliberate questions, positive statements to turn around the negative stuff, and helper statements when I got stuck.

When I first met Beth, I was in a place of transition and felt unclear about my next step. A friend suggested that Beth might be able to help me find new ways to look at my choices. I felt safe & supported from the beginning with Beth. She asked questions, and gave me homework which really helped me clarify my own ideas and goals. I learned that I have talents and abilities I hadn't realized, and feel that I re-established control over my own life. I have been able to stop giving my power away to people and situations. I've ended up stronger and more sure of myself, my choices and my decisions. I am much happier!
