We had a leak in our tank in the basement. We called Sunco and Bert came out and put a new one in. He had it done in no time and even cleaned up the area he worked in. I am extremely pleased with Sunco.
These folks are the real deal - Friday afternoon our well pump tripped the breaker and wouldn't recover. Saturday morning they had a crew out first thing to replace the controller, confirm the pump was dead and replace wiring and piping to the well as needed. We unfortunately had a particular kind of old rigid pipe that needed a boom truck to pull, they were back there at 8AM Monday and had the water back on by noon. Bert, Ross, Sharon, Terri, Donnie and the other crew were responsive, professional, communicated well and got us back up and running much faster than we expected. Would not hesitate to call again.
We woke up at 4 AM on a Monday morning to water. Gurgling went to our basement realized our expansion tank had gone. We bought this home four years ago and reached out to the company,Sunco Pump and We’ll Drilling, who’s information was on file from the previous owners. Call them when they first opened at 8 AM that morning. Spoke with Terri and she said she’d reach out to her service tech, Bert and see if he could squeeze us in between jobs and he showed up just afternoon and was there about an hour and a half took care of everything, completely professional, gave us information. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
