Despite some miscommunication about the tank’s location, the team quickly fixed the problem and moved the tank, going above and beyond. The staff, including Scott, Heather, and Rosie, were always pleasant and professional. The customer also noted that the company offered competitive prices, lower than some other proposals, and highly recommends their services.
Another customer praised their responsiveness and helpfulness, especially when they were told they needed a whole new well by a different company. Affordable Well Drilling, Inc. was able to restore water using their existing well at a much lower cost, leaving the customer very pleased.
I had an issue with my water pressure, and I thought I needed a new well! Affordable well came out that day and troubleshooted my system. It was only the pump! Thank you Affordable Well, for your affordable pump and for your prompt and professional service!
Affordable Well prioritized those of us struggling with dry wells. It is impressive that they care about taking care of the people based on the needs of people rather than prioritizing by the most money they can get. We now have a fantastic well and were impressed by the level of care we received, especially at the final connection day; from coordinating with our excavator and electrician to immediately addressing the one concern we had when it was done.
Called them to shock my well, guy on the phone told me to do it myself and talked me right through it, he was extremely helpful and saved me about 500 bucks. Couldn't be happier with their services, refreshing to see good people helping out the community instead of taking advantage of a new homeowner :)
