I booked online for a manipedi for my mom (only her 2nd ever!) MacKenzie was truly the epitome of professional and friendly and really put Mom to ease with her ticklish (kind of gnarly) feet. I would have loved to have joined her but there weren't any other staff present which was disappointing. All in all, the facility is beautiful, clean, comfortable and MacKenzie is a GEM. The best place around for eyelashes, nails and anything else they offer! Tracy and her staff are very professional and I have been going here for years! Tracy is the best around. Makenzee did a great job on my eyelashes last time.

What a difference 10 years makes! I made an appointment online for the "dip nails" service. I failed to indicate that I already had this kind of material on my nails and it needed to be removed. Kevin who helped me was gracious about my error and proceeded. When I was ready for the dipping part, the owner took over. She did a good job and was quick and efficient. Tropical Salon has the same problem so many businesses have, they are short of staff so getting an appointment was terrific.
