Pen Bay has an astounding emergency room team in a recently expanded space. I have been so impressed by the quality of doctors there. I’ve been with children, older family members, and countless times myself and always walk away feeling grateful.

Pen Bay Medical was a great facility to visit when I got Covid during my Maine vacation! I was checked in immediately and was instructed to sit and wait in the open and clean waiting area. I barely sat down when Nurse Kara called me into a room. She was efficient and caring. She did a Covid test and said it would be an hour for the results. I sat back down in the waiting room and she called me in 30 minutes later with a positive result. She said the doctor would be in shortly, and she was! Dr Lew was a delight! They were very attentive to my sister and when they realized that she needed more than they could do they transferred her to Main medical center. The nurse even rode down with her in the ambulance.
