We have just finished a 10 days in one of their cottages on the ocean.. All I can say is Wow .. The Opal resorts know how to dial in a resort.. This place has everything, an amazing golf course, Spa, pool, 5 restaurants,, and a great staff that bends over backwards to make your stay memorable... read full review

I've been to Opal many times and have always received incredibly relaxing treatments from therapists who were fabulous. I will continue to go back and recommend this lovely haven to my friends and family!

My husband and I were married at the Samoset in 2013, and people still tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. This summer, we returned to celebrate our anniversary--this time with our two children--and the experience was just as magical as we remembered. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Connie, the GM, went out of his way at check-in to greet our kids with toys and bracelets, setting the tone for a truly family-friendly stay.
