Sargent Lock & Safe has been very responsive and performed their work professionally. They have been on-site three times during an expansive home renovation. They are always there when they say they will be, and get the work done efficiently.

They were very kind and helpful after I bent my key. It was a huge snow storm and they took the time to bend my key back and make me a new one, staying after closing. They saved me a huge amount of stress

If you've ever accidentally locked yourself out of your home, you know the panic that can set in. Well, the folks at Sargent understood that and were willing to assist me on a holiday weekend (my backup key plan failed.) While I was attempting to find another backup key, they called me back to ensure that I was able to get into my house. Now, that's great service at the end of a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend! ?????
