Sat for 3 hours knowing all I needed was antibiotics for my wife’s infected teeth, our doctor Teagan was snarky when responding and seemed she had no care for what really was happening. It’s unfortunate to see our health care providers not even caring lol. Thanks for my 361 dollar bill by the way for nothing but a go ahead on antibiotics that cost my 17 dollars at the store. My only question is how you guys think you are helping people. Thanks for no help!

The staff here was great, but it is *not* an urgent care center like it says here. Which means you might be stuck with your insurance company refusing to pay and a big out of pocket bill.

Everyone from the intake staff, to the practitioners were kind, and informative. I was in and out in an hour. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I recieved.

We called first at 5:21PM and we’re told to come ahead. Got there in under 10 minutes and we’re turned away. No one waiting. My daughter is sick. And we’re traveling out of state tomorrow. She told them this to no avail. VERY disappointed. No recourse.

My husband and I were traveling and he woke up with gout. We saw the Dr at Pen Bay in Rockland and we were in and out in less than an hour with a prescription. So nice!

I saw PA Walker and received excellent, thorough care. He is a good listener and gave me his time and attention. The blood draw was perfect. Thank you Ellen for being kind and understanding. Pen Bay Walk In Clinic met my needs perfectly on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you for being there!

Total foreigner, first time visiting while on vacation. There were 4 people ahead of me. I was very impressed how quickly I received care and my prescriptions were ready for pick up when I got to the pharmacy.Thanks Pen Bay for making my vacation complete.I've been to other Urgent Care outside of Maine, the wait was almost 3 hours before being attended to. Man it grinds my gears that people are upset that they had to wait *At a rural WALK IN* What weirdly entitled people. You’re lucky this place, which was started by volunteers, even exists. You guys have $1000 to drop at the ER? Good. Go wait for even longer there and donate your money to the broken healthcare system. Where I’m from, a suburban area of a different state, I’d be waiting six hours at the ER. I only waited about half hour here IF that, but I’d be okay waiting even an hour or more because I brought a BOOK and a smart phone because I’m a freaking adult and know that healthcare workers are stretched thin and doing the best they can. These other reviewers need to grow up, lose the entitlement, and go make an appointment somewhere else…where they would still be complaining because “they had an appointment, what’s taking so long”. WMP at its finest here folks…

Plan to spend a good deal of time waiting to be seen by a doctor. When I asked how long to expect to wait I was told “not very, there are only 4 people ahead of you”. Ninety minutes later I was seen, not by a doctor but by a nurse practitioner. In hindsight I should have just gone to the ER.
