I was pleasantly surprised that Dark Harbor was able to fit my toddler son in on such short notice for a same day appointment. Not only were they super accommodating scheduling wise, but Dave was so great working with my boy. He maintained his composure, kindness, and a calm demeanor even when my toddler wasn’t cooperating to the best of his best ability. Dave was efficient, patient and adapted as necessary when certain techniques weren’t working with my wiggly boy. Around the halfway point, my son started to settle in but regardless of that, we were never treated less than for his struggle to sit still or remain quiet for the duration of the appointment. We were met with understanding, light hearted humor, and attempts at making a grumpy boy happy. I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable as a mom bringing her young son into an all-male barber shop. We will not be going anywhere else from here on out - there is no comparison to the service we received today. From being greeted as we walked in, to the environment, and the people, this establishment is easily a 10 out of 10. Thank you guys!
