He was very knowledgable about the product, Mitsubishi, and had several great money saving tips. Mike was the representative we first met. He was also very professional. He always got back to me with answers to my many questions in a timely manner. I was extremely happy with the job and would recommend Midcoast Aerus heat pumps without hesitation!
