Standard Westin, friendly check-in staff but could use a deep cleaning and advanced attention to detail. Vents in the room were very dusty, lamp shades had a few noticeable stains. Clean bathroom, linens. The hotel is in an older building and could hear upstairs neighbors and kids above us for a bit.
Great hotel, in the middle of everything. Will stay again.
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly enough. Only complaint is the location of our air conditioner made it difficult to sleep. Cold air blew across my head and face all night. We had a room with 2 double beds as we had reward points that did not allow us to apply to a room with a king bed. 2 adults in a double bed is a tight fit! One of the beds' location is across from the AC unit. Other than this, the hotel is in a good location for visiting Portland.
