Grisel was AMAZING she was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our one night stop over incredible. Room was clean cozy and spacious with an incredible shower. The roof top bar was immaculate! Karla was a gem. The breakfast was a pre standard hotel breakfast but all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was watching the way the valet treated our car like a race car only to slam on the breaks in front of us. It was clear by the safety alert going off when he gave us the keys that he didn't even put his seat belt on. That kind of recklessness with someone else's vehicle is really unacceptable.
Drug Deals Going on in front of Hotel, Fights in the Street at the Front Entrance, Cops Picking Up Needles in the Park Next to Hotel and Screaming a Woman in the Street @ 4am.... Other than that not bad.
