Seth and Chris did a great job with the installation of our water softening system along with an R/O water filtration system under our kitchen sink. They were quite clean and courteous and explained the features of each unit very well. I would definitely recommend The Pure Experts!
Took care of all of my water problems from bacteria to hardness. The installation techs Seth and Olivea were fast, knowledgeable and worked with very high degree of quality. I no longer have stains from anything my water touches, tools, dishes, clothing. crystal clear and delicious tasting water. The equipment is also easy to maintain which gives peace of mind. Seth & Olivea were here to upgrade our RO’s and they were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable and they were fast, even though the machine they were upgrading was broken and leaking. Seth fixed it and cleaned everything up. It was cleaner when they left than when they got here! They both had great personalities and laughed at my sarcasm, which is important😂. I have every confidence that Olivea will be a huge asset to the company!
