    I was recommended to Ryan by an acquaintance whose advice I would not normally follow and I must say that, for once, I'm so glad that I did. The appointment that I booked was for my mother and I to get matching tattoos behind our ears as a (delayed) Christmas present. The booking process was easy, quick, and his Melissa (his assistant) was both quick to respond and beyond on top of following up. The location itself is very easy to access and has the luxury of a parking lot which, as someone who has regularly fought for parking in the city, took a large amount of stress out of the whole process.
