We’ve called Waltz in heat or plumbing emergency situations at least 5 times since buying our home 2.5 years ago. They’ve always been upfront about pricing and send someone as soon as possible. The techs and plumbers are friendly, professional, clean, and helpful. They are careful in your home. This morning I called about our leaking water heater and within 2 hours we had a brand new one installed. (This is not typical, I realize; we got lucky that there was a water heater in their warehouse and two available plumbers to install it.)

Richard P. Walz has saved the day at my current house on several occasions and on various properties I've owned over the past twenty years. They have always been incredibly prompt, affordable and reliable. In one instance a poorly-draining kitchen sink needed serious snaking after 40+ years of build-up. In another instance a water line on a bathroom sink sprang a leak and they were able to replace the leak quickly. Most recently the flange on a 40+ year old toilet sprung a leak and they were out and had the toilet removed and installed a new wax seal right away. We have used this company for quite a few years now-first was for an emergency when we could find nobody else. We find them a bit expensive but we get what we pay for: they are polite, prompt, friendly, accurate, and very reliable. These things are not easily found these days and we are happy to give them our money for their fantastic service
