Excellent location in the heart of Portland's old port. Fantastic hotel overall, featuring a great spa, restaurants, and bars. What really set this property apart are the staff. The staff are, without exception, the most professional, friendly, and eager to help. They really made my stay unforgettable.

This hotel is great and right in the middle. You can walk everywhere and the valet parking is a great feather. Only thing to complain about is they jacked up the prices for the race. Normal prices are about $250 and we paid over $450 a night.... I think that this should not be allowed but it happens everywhere. Valet parking guys were amazing and the rooms were very nice.

Been here a couple of times. I guarantee we will be back again soon. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is fantastic. Location in the old port is close to everything you will need to see and do.
