I've been a client for over 20 years. Mike is incredibly patient, always focused, and computer brilliant... a real wizard. You could not ask for a better computer guide/ advisor/ bailer-out. I had problems with my fan, that made Word nose and the laptop did not charger very well either , i let my laptop with Mike for a week , and he fixed that with new pieces and now the laptop work so perfectly , besides the price was good , if you want save your money and get a quality i can recommend you this place
