I am the Director of Marketing at a large Ophthalmology Practice in Western NY. We have used Glacial Multimedia and MD Prospects for over 4 years and have been enjoying outstanding results. The team is responsive and professional.In past relationships Ive had with other companies when changes or questions arose a " service ticket" needed to be submitted to get assistance. This proved to be a long tedious process to get help.
