My son did great with the Invisalign process, and the staff made everything as fast and comfortable as possible…he slipped with his retainer AFTER successfully aligning his teeth, and he as stressed about “ruining all that work”, but the doctor was wonderful about easing both his concerns and mine, and is currently producing a new upper retainer COST FREE for Connor to finish strong. It’s really not THAT expensive in the first place, even with my bare bones dental insurance, and I feel they did way more than I would have expected to get my son through the process physically and emotionally for him and financially for me. My daughter had an appointment and she got late, the office was closing. The receptionist lady was very nice and kindly rescheduled her appointment for the next day. Doctors are great and all other personnels are great as well.
I had my braces put on today. They were all very nice and I was in and out in under a hour. They explained everything well and were happy to answer my questions! I would highly recommend this business.
