Patients appreciate the accommodating staff, like when they were late and still seen by Dr. Walters, who is highly praised for being one of the best. However, there have been some negative experiences, such as feeling uncomfortable with Dr. Jeffrey Berman's bedside manner. Despite this, Dr. Berman reached out to apologize, showing a commitment to addressing concerns. Overall, Maine Eye Center provides a positive and thorough experience for patients seeking eye care.
The care and professionalism of every single person at this facility is outstanding. Appointment on time (which I truly appreciate) and everything explained simply and carefully. They give me great confidence!
Clean, professional and on time. Only downside for me was the pupil dilation which causes motion sickness (but that's just me). My previous eye center did the test with a machine that didn't use dilation. Wish they did that here. Otherwise, great team.
My exams were conducted in a professional, courteous and timely manner. The staff walked me through the procedures and explained everything to me so I could understand it. Dr. Miller was great and very knowledgeable.
