Liliana's Laundry is an absolute gem and a great laundry service. The staff is happy to be there and provides very good service. It offers quick Fluff and Fold service with a good turnaround. The owner is a rare individual, a kind and one in a million kind of person who makes the mundane task a talking point and highlight of the day. The laundromat washes clothes well. Customers receive a friendly talk and can expect honest service, as lost items are returned. It is the perfect place in the area for washing clothes.
We went there to do a couple loads of laundry and were able to visit with the owner. She was lovely and gave restaurant recommendations and beach recommendations. The laundromat was perfect and the advice from a life long resident of Portland was awesome!
I was visiting from Oklahoma City and needed to do laundry before my last day in Portland. The place closest to where I stayed opened too late. The owner greeted me when I cam in, and he set me up with quarters and detergent. Then he sent me down the street for an amazing cup of coffee and banana bread from the convenience store about a block away. I came back and waited, and he introduced me to every customer who came in. What I thought was just a necessary errand became a great start to my morning.
this family of cleaners are magicians, straight up. they made my shag rug look like new again, and possibly better than it looked originally. they’ve been in business for 53 years i think and i can see why. and the price is right. 12/10 would recommend: come here for all your laundry/dry cleaning needs.
