I’ve been a patient at Internet for a few years now. In general I wasn’t super happy with the care; I felt like often my concerns were sort of breezed past and I wasn’t given a lot of information/resources to understand my diagnosis. I was about to switch to another healthcare facility but then I had an appointment with Molly Lodigiani-she was incredible! She really listened, did not make me feel judged at all, and gave me a lot of great information as well as set up appointments at other facilities for me. Definitely go see her! (I’d give her specifically 5 stars, the 4 is because of Intermed in general).
Helpful, welcoming administrative staff - efficient, trustworthy medical care. Conveniently located throughout greater Portland; I feel secure; having my healthcare needs within one organization. There are many - Highly sought after providers in the organization - with a vast array of knowledge. My family has been going to Intermed for several decades. I'll never leave.
I’m going in for my annual check up later this month. I request that my blood work be done before the visit so we can discuss the results when I’m in the room.
Monique took my blood for the usual blood work. I knew she was a veteran “blood sucker” as my Pop used to say. I have a fair amount of scar tissue because I’ve donated several gallons of blood - and a good phlebotomist (like Monique) that can go slightly lower than the scar tissue and to access my vein which means a pain free experience.
