“I had a great interaction with the receptionist and service coordinator letting me know exactly what to expect for charges and timing. True, plumbing repairs aren’t typically inexpensive, and after a holiday weekend one can’t expect to be moved ahead of people on contract or with serious emergencies.

They were able, however, to squeeze in a same day diagnostic visit from Michael, one of their experienced technicians. Michael was friendly and helpful, but I just get this happy feeling when I am watching a real expert exercise their craft. Michael was happy to have me pepper him with questions, answering while looking at me, clearly able to do this job blindfolded. He was fast enough to actually finish the job rather than just diagnose the problem, and all is working well with our hot water now. I’m a DIY’er who can do some useful plumbing, and I can recognize a true expert when I see one. Michael didn’t waste time or energy doing anything that didn’t have to be done.
