I’ll preface this by saying I get massage 2-3x a month but was having trouble finding a therapist to work with consistently as I am new to the area. I can safely say I’ll be working with Mindy! By far one of the most incredible massages I’ve ever received! She’s thorough and pays special attention to alleviate the pain and tension in problem areas. 10/10 would recommend!

Mindy's healing presence and touch always leaves me feeling so nurtured. Her years of experience are apparent in her technique - she's strong but also receptive so knows when to ease up. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. Mindy provides a phenomenal service. I just wrapped up a one hour session - both physically rejuvenating and relaxing. My (formerly) sore shoulder hasn’t felt this good in a long time. Highly recommend her services for either physical injury needs or relaxation/stress-relief.
