I’ve been seeing Kong for years now, probably close to a decade. I’ve also referred her to friends and family who have all had awesome experiences with her! She’s the one I trust with my root touchups and trims, but also when I want to experiment and try something new! She’s done some super fun fashion color for me. She’s so good at working with what I want while giving her professional opinions. My most recent experiment was a Brazilian blowout.
